Acceptance of Terms :: By accessing and using luxyqr.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our QR code and barcode generation tools and analytics dashboard. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
Eligibility and Account Security :: To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. LuxyQR cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Use of Service and Restrictions :: LuxyQR grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our tools for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to creating QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, or prohibited content. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
Intellectual Property :: The software, design, logos, and advanced analytics algorithms used on LuxyQR are the exclusive property of LuxyQR. While you own the data you input and the resulting QR/Barcode images for your use, the underlying platform and proprietary technology remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Payments and Subscriptions :: Certain features of LuxyQR require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly stated on our pricing page and are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize LuxyQR to charge the applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy :: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Beyond this 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future billing cycles via your dashboard.
- Data Privacy and Analytics :: Your privacy is highly protected at LuxyQR. We collect minimal data solely for account functionality and never sell your information to third parties. Our advanced analytics are provided for your benefit, and we use secure processing to ensure that the data generated by your QR codes remains private and accessible only to you.
- Limitation of Liability LuxyQR is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy in our analytics, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxyQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Amendments and Governing Law We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
