The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee :: If you are not entirely satisfied with LuxyQR for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Whether the advanced analytics weren't what you expected or you simply changed your mind, we’ve got you covered.

How to Request a Refund :: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team before the 30-day window expires: Email: support@luxyqr.com Subject Line: Refund Request - [Your Account Email] Please include your account email address and your paypal account. If possible, a brief note about why you’re leaving. While feedback is not required to get your money back, it helps us improve the product for others

Processing and Timelines :: Approval: Once we receive your request, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Credit: The refund will be issued to your paypal account

Cancellation vs. Refund :: Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings at luxyqr.com. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. Refund: If you are within your first 30 days and want your money back, please follow the steps in Section 2 above.
